High Performance Efectiveness

Advanced Fire Suppresion System, designed as a clean product with zero impact on ozone layer, global warming potential, non toxic, non corrosive, non conductive and ECO friendly.

  • Fast Response Time

Unlike dry, CO2 or water based extinguishers, our models are created for automatic, fast activation, in under <1 second.

  • Wide Fire Class Coverage

Breeze Fire Protection aerosol extinguishers can be used in a variety of electrical appliances and equipments, covering class A (solid combustibles), B (flammable liquids), C (flammable gases), E (electrical).

  • Non Distructive Agent

Our patented extinguisher devices are built to safely stop fires, not harming the equipments nor the environment. Our R&D team works in close connection with international laboratories in order to have perfect chemical concentrations with every batch we produce:

    • Potassium Nitrate.
    • Strontium Nitrate.
    • Dicyandiamide.
    • Potassium Picrate.
    • Epoxy resin (phenolic acid resin).
    • Sodium Oxalate.
    • Stearic Acid.
    • Lubricating Oil.

Breeze Fire Protection DIN Rail Fire Extinguisher Aerosol
  • Easy Plug & Play Installation

Mounts directly onto standard 35mm din rail/slide rail inside electrical cabinets, circuit breaker boxes, and surge protection devices — no tools required, no complex wiring.

  • 5-Year Lifespan

Designed for long-term, maintenance-free protection. No annual inspections required during its valid period — simply replace if the shell shows signs of damage or deformation.

  • Wide Temperature Range

Operates reliably from -50°C to +95°C, with short-term tolerance up to +125°C, making it suitable for the most demanding environments. The built-in thermal cord activates automatically at ≤175°C, triggering full aerosol discharge in under 10 seconds — no manual intervention, no external power source needed. The aerosol agent floods the enclosed space instantly, suppressing the fire before it can spread.

    • Working range: -50°C to +95°C (peak +125°C)
    • Thermal activation at ≤175°C, discharge in <10 seconds
    • Suitable for: electrical cabinets, lithium batteries, meter boxes, transformer switches
    • No external power or manual trigger required

How It Works?

Breeze Fire Protection aerosol fire suppression devices protects your enclosure automatically, in three simple steps.

Fire Detection

The built-in thermal cord continuously monitors the enclosure temperature at all times. Once it reaches the rated threshold of ≤175°C, it automatically sends an activation signal — no external sensor or wiring needed.

Instant Discharge

Within less than 10 seconds of activation, the aerosol generator releases fine aerosol particles through the discharge nozzle. The agent floods the entire enclosed space at a design density of 100 g/m³, cutting off oxygen supply to the fire.

Fire Suppressed

The non-toxic, non-corrosive, and non-conductive aerosol agent suppresses Class A, B, C and E fires without damaging equipment or the environment. Zero ozone depletion, zero global warming potential — safe for people and electronics alike.

Breeze Fire Protection DIN Rail Extinguisher Device

Protect Your Panel From the Inside

Most electrical fires start inside the cabinet — where no sprinkler or portable extinguisher can reach in time. The Breeze Fire Protection aerosol device mounts directly on the DIN rail, exactly where the risk is highest, and acts before the fire can spread.

Fully Autonomous — No Power, No Wiring Needed

There are no batteries to replace, no cables to run, and no alarm panel to connect to. The device operates entirely on its own — making it ideal for unmonitored locations like basement panels, narrow corridors, or outdoor enclosures where a fire could go unnoticed for hours.

Zero Damage to Equipment — Safe for Electronics

Unlike dry powder or water, the aerosol agent is non-toxic, non-corrosive, and non-conductive. It leaves no liquid residue and does not short-circuit live components. After discharge, equipment can be inspected and returned to service quickly — minimizing costly downtime.

Installs in 5 Minutes — 5 Years of Zero Maintenance

Clips onto any standard 35mm DIN rail just like a circuit breaker — no drilling, no special tools, no wiring. For the first 5 years of its service life, the device requires absolutely no scheduled maintenance: no pressure tests, no agent refills, no annual inspections. Just a quick visual check when you think of it.

Built for Spaces That Can't Afford to Burn

From residential fuse boxes to industrial automation cabinets — any enclosed electrical space is a potential fire risk. This device was engineered specifically for those environments.

✓ Fits inside any standard electrical cabinet alongside circuit breakers, SPDs, and surge protection devices — no extra space required and no modifications to the existing installation.

✓ Protects Class A, B, C and E fires — covering solid combustibles, flammable liquids, gases, and live electrical equipment all with a single compact unit.

✓ The aerosol agent has zero ozone depletion potential and zero global warming potential — fully compliant with CE and international environmental standards, with no atmospheric lifetime impact.

✓ Relative humidity tolerance up to 95% non-condensing — reliable even in damp utility rooms, outdoor enclosures, or coastal industrial environments where traditional devices fail prematurely.

✓ Available in classic red or discreet black — integrates visually into any cabinet design, from residential distribution boards to high-end industrial control panels.

Frequently Asked Questions

Everything you need to know before installing your aerosol fire suppression device.

No. Unlike dry powder (which is corrosive and clogs contacts) or water (which causes immediate short circuits), the aerosol agent is non-corrosive and non-conductive. It leaves only a fine, dry residue that can be removed with compressed air or a dry cloth. In most cases, equipment can be inspected and returned to service the same day — without replacing any components.

The activation threshold is ≤175°C, which is far above any normal operating temperature inside a cabinet. Accidental activation is extremely unlikely under normal conditions. If it does discharge, personnel should not approach the device immediately as the casing reaches high temperatures. The aerosol itself is non-toxic and does not significantly reduce oxygen levels — so there is no asphyxiation risk, unlike CO2 systems.

The thermal cord version (this model) works fully standalone — no connection to any alarm panel is needed. However, if you want integration with a centralized fire detection or SCADA system, there are versions available with electrical activation inputs and dry-contact signal outputs. This model is designed for ‘fit and forget’ use: install it and it protects silently, day and night, without any wiring.

Visual inspection is sufficient: after activation, the casing will show visible signs of discharge and the thermal cord will be severed. There is no pressure gauge to check and no internal sensor to monitor. Simply include it in your routine cabinet inspection — once every few months is enough. After discharge, replace the unit; the aerosol compound is consumed in a single use and cannot be refilled.

One unit covers up to 0.1 m³, which matches the volume of most standard distribution boards and electrical cabinets. For larger enclosures or multi-compartment panels, multiple units can be installed on separate DIN rail sections. The manufacturer recommends placing the thermal cord along the zones most likely to ignite — near bus bars, relay clusters, or wiring harnesses — for maximum early response.

Installation is DIY-friendly: clip it onto the 35mm DIN rail exactly like a standard circuit breaker, route the thermal cord along the at-risk zone, and you’re done. No electrical connection, no pressurized cylinders, no specialist tools. That said, for commercial or industrial installations subject to insurance or regulatory requirements, it’s recommended to document the installation as part of your fire protection records.
